We are pleased to announce the International Conference entitled "Physics Survey of Irregular Systems", in honor of Bernard Sapoval, to be held in Fortaleza, Brazil, from the 15^th to the 18^th of August, 2004.

The meeting will be mainly dedicated, but not limited, to the research fields to which Prof. Sapoval has given major contributions during the last 30 years. The following topics are included:
