- It must be written in English using Microsoft Word. This will help us to produce the Book of abstracts.
- Maximum length: one page. One additional page including figures is allowed to help the referees but it may not be included in the abstract booklet. These figures should not be cited in the abstract. Download a model here.
- Abstract size: text width of 14 cm and text height of 24,7 cm. Paper size: please configure page for A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm). Left and right margins: 3.5 mm. Top and bottom margins: 2.5 mm
- Font: Times New Roman. Title: 14 points, centered, bold. Authors: 12 points, centered, bold. Affiliation: 12 points, centered, italics. Do not write the word "abstract". Body text single-spaced, 12 points.
- The presenting author must be underlined.
- The abstract submission will be performed through an online application. Please, fill the pre-registration form before submitting your abstracts.
- Important note: The pre-registration form requires your passport number. If you do not want to give this information, we suggest you to combine your initials with year of birth: e.g. JSS1975.
- You can submit new abstracts, remove and modify them freely until the submission deadline. After this date, our system will be closed for submissions.
