The Conference
The conference will be held in the "Hotel Luzeiros" (www.hotelluzeiros.com.br), a well located hotel at the "Praia do Meireles" in Fortaleza, offering a great hospitality to the guests. A limited number of rooms are held available for the HPSP13 participants at special rates and should be reserved via e-mail to Tatiana Meneses at: eventos@hotelluzeiros.com.br . Direct contact with Tatiana can also be made by phone: +55-85-40068585. Because there is only a limited number of rooms, reservations will be made on the basis first come, first served. Please book early to guarantee your room.
How to get from the airport to Hotel Luzeiros
There are two kinds of cab service at the airport: regular cab service, known as "taxi Comum", or special cab service usually called "taxi especial". The main difference is the way you pay for: In the case of "taxi Comum", less expensive, the fare is by the driven-Km and you pay to the taxi driver at destination. The amount to pay for is about R$ 25,00 (day fare) from the airport up to Meireles (where Hotel Luzeiros is). For the "taxi especial" you pay a fixed amount at the airport, before entering the cab, the price is charged depending on the region of the city you go to, and it cost about R$ 33,00 (day fare) to Meireles. The "taxi Comum" booth is situated at the external area of the central terminal area, just in face of the "meeting point". To find the meeting point, TURN TO YOUR RIGHT when sorting the baggage claim area. The "taxi especial" booth is situated by the side of the "taxi Comum" booth, a few steps ahead.
