The proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Semiconductor Physics will be a special issue of physica status solidi (b) published at the same year of the conference, following the usual editorial procedure of a regular article in that journal (peer review by two referees before the conference).The submission should be made online at the Wiley main address for the "Online Submitting and Refereeing System" which is:

The length restrictions of the papers are:
- all papers should have a minimum limit of 3 pages.
- maximum limits for contributed paper are 5 pages and for invited paper 8
pages.
