Registration Information

 

Advance Registration

Participants who pre-register will benefit from the knowledge that all the Conference documentation will be ready on their arrival. Each registrant is requested to register separately. A registration form is available on the Conference website.

Upon payment (see below), the authors are kindly asked to inform the Conference secretariat about the payment (the simplest way is to fax their copy of the credit card authorization to the Conference secretariat). The authors are also asked to inform the Conference secretariat about any change concerning their registration.

The organizing committee will welcome if the authors of accepted contributions register in advance (before September 20).

Registration at the Conference

The registration desk will be situated in the Caesar Park Hotel.

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in all scientific sessions

• Abstract/reference manual

• Mid-sessions refreshments

• Welcome reception on Sunday 8 December

Accompanying person fee includes the welcome reception on Sunday 8 December and the conference social program.

• The payment must be free of bank charges to the Fundação Cearense de Pesquisa e Cultura - FCPC, i.e., ALL bank charges for effecting the international money order must be met by the remitter.

• Please notice that the above condition must be explicitly stated when authorizing the international money transfer order. 

• Bank charges not covered by the participant shall be payed in cash at the Conference registration desk.

Cancellation

• Substitutions are allowed at any time, but please advise the Conference secretariat.

• If you wish to cancel your registration completely, please send an e-mail to the Conference secretariat.

• If a written notice is received by 18/10/2002 a full refund will be given less a 20% of administration and bank charges.

• If the written notice is received by 8/11/2002 a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee.
